General Pet Policy

• Permission must be obtained from the property owner.

• If approved, an increased deposit of $300.00 per pet plus an increased rent amount of $25 per month will be required.

• We will require general information such as the age, weight, breed, gender of the animal and if they are spayed or neutered.

• Non-dangerous breed with a maximum weight of 30 lbs. accepted on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of the property owner.
