SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION

Application fees are non-refundable if the applicant has not paid the third-party background screening directly. 

For your application to be considered complete, the following conditions must be met:

• You must schedule a viewing of the property before applying.

• You must complete an application

• Everyone over 18 must apply within 24 hours of the first applicant in your household

• Pay the application fee of $35.00 per applicant. Cosigners pay $35.00 per applicant.

PROCESSING YOUR APPLICATION

In order to comply with all fair housing laws all applicants must meet the same criteria. It may be possible that multiple people have applied for the same property so it is critical that you:

• Notify your landlord that Everlane Property Management will be calling so they can be ready to provide a reference

• Provide accurate landlord and employer contact information to streamline the time needed to verify your application. 

Note: A third-party provider handles the screening process. We will update you when your application is complete or if we need additional information from you. We are unable to give you regular updates due to application volume.

APPROVAL/DENIAL

If you are approved you are required to pay the deposit within 2 business days and execute a rental agreement. If you cannot complete both items we reserve the right to offer the property to the next qualifying applicant.

If you are not approved, you will receive an Adverse Action letter via email.
