Moving into a new home can be exciting yet overwhelming.

The Move-in process can be easy with our guide below.

1. Review and sign your lease and addenda (if applicable)

2. Pay your security deposit and first month’s rent.

3. Transfer utility service into your name within 48 hours after signing (e.g. water, sewer, gas, electric, cable, etc.)

4. Obtain Renters Insurance and upload information in your Resident Center portal.

5. Update your address with the United States Postal Service (USPS).

6. Pay any remaining move-in funds.

7. Protect your deposit by completing and returning your Move-In Checklist within 7 business days after moving in. (Email the completed checklist to everlanepm@gmail.com)
